Chef Joe started his career aboard a 130 westport cruising the west coast and mexico in 2014. After completing a year aboard the vessel he started freelancing on various clients in the Caribbean on boats ranging from 90’ to 200’.
While spending a season running a 112’ westport Charter boat, Chef Joe was able help run a very successful charter boat that ran from Jametown RI to Martha vineyard, Nantucket, Block island, and montauk.
The last fews year Chef Joe has helped a world wide Itinerary fishing program to remote reaches of Brazil, and The Azore Islands.
The culinary prowess of our Chef extends far beyond the kitchen, as demonstrated by his remarkable ability to curate ingredients and explore remote locales, thus enriching travel experiences in the most exotic destinations. He specializes in crafting bespoke culinary journeys that celebrate locally-sourced, seasonal ingredients, inviting clients to immerse themselves in the vibrant tapestry of local culture from the comfort of their own homes.
In the nascent stages of his illustrious career, Chef Joe honed his craft amidst the tranquil seclusion of private islands and estates scattered throughout the Caribbean. These formative experiences not only honed his culinary skills but also instilled in him a deep appreciation for the intricacies of island life, from navigating tender boats to uncovering hidden dive and surf havens, and fostering enduring relationships with indigenous farmers and restaurateurs.

While in residency in the picturesque enclave of Aspen over the past half-decade, Chef Joe seized the opportunity to elevate dining experiences to new heights, quite literally. From orchestrating gourmet ski access meals at mining claim properties nestled on the backside of Aspen Mountain via snowcats and snowmobiles, to dwelling atop the majestic peaks themselves, he has cultivated an extensive repertoire of backcountry skills. These include deftly navigating snowcats and snowmobiles across rugged terrain, as well as possessing an intimate understanding of snowpack dynamics and terrain assessment.
During a notable tenure overseeing operations on a 112-foot Westport charter yacht, Chef Joe played a pivotal role in orchestrating the success of a prestigious charter service, traversing from Jamestown, Rhode Island, to the picturesque destinations of Martha's Vineyard, Nantucket, Block Island, and Montauk. In recent years, Chef Joe has lent his talents to a prestigious global fishing itinerary program, venturing to remote corners of Brazil and the Azores Islands, contributing his culinary prowess to enhance the experiences of adventurers worldwide.
